I would like to thank everyone there for how much you helped me. You welcomed me and helped me when no one else would. Your kindness may seem simple to you, but it meant everything to me. Thank you for everything you did – it did not go unnoticed.
I realize today that I was where I needed to be - though I didn’t realize it at the time. I would never have believed it but I am really enjoying sobriety and now I find myself smiling and laughing all the time.
I swore I would not write a word until I took my 1 year chip. Well that just happened - June 25th. And I cannot thank you enough. My sponsor told me to write from my heart and then have her read it first before she mails it off. I am hoping she mails this because I want you to know how much you helped change my life. I love sobriety, I love myself again and I am forever grateful for what you did for me.
You helped me develop a foundation and you gave me good direction when I was unsure of my own decision making capabilities. Today I am rebuilding my life one day at a time. I have a good job though when I arrived I was completely unemployable.
I have a special relationship with my boyfriend; my parents talk to me again; my sister lets me watch her two little girls and I never worry about seeing a police car in my rear view mirror anymore. I have a real driver’s license and my car is insured. It is a true miracle and I want to share my gratitude with each and every one of you. Thank you - thank you - thank you.

After two years of being on the street with only a bottle and memories as my friend, I found Orange County Detox. After my stay at OCD I was able to begin my career again and feel I was finally on the right track. Three years later my career and life are better than I could have hoped for. Without those people at Orange County Detox, I know it wouldn't have been possible. They are the best!

I'm a 26 year old women from Chicago addicted to vicodin, oxycontin and heroin. Scared as hell, I went to Orange County Detox. They did not treat me like a junkie or look down at me. The staff at OCD knows exactly how you feel. They are comforting in your most desperate time of need. Thousands of miles away from my family, I felt warmth as if in the midst of my own home.
