Michael Jackson:
Mr. Jackson died on June 25th, 2009 at the age of 50. He died of a drug overdose allegedly administered by his personal physician. The LA Coroner ruled the death a homicide. It is believed that Michael Jackson died of simultaneous poly-substance use; specifically a combination of Propofol and benzodiazepines.
2008
Heath Ledger:
Mr. Ledger died on January 22nd, 2008, he was 28 years old. He died of an apparent drug overdose. It is believed that Heath Ledger died of simultaneous poly-substance use; specifically Oxycontin, Valium, Xanax, Restoril and Unisom. NYC Coroner ruled his death an accidental overdose.
Brad Renfro:
Mr. Renfro died on January 15th, 2008 he was 25 years old. He died of acute heroin – morphine intoxication. He is most famous for his role as “Mark Sway,” a young boy who witnesses the suicide of a Mafia lawyer. He played opposite Susan Sarandon. He struggled with addiction for many years and left a young son in Japan.

Anna Nicole Smith:
Anna Nicole Smith died on February 8th, 2007, she was 39 years old. She died of an accidental drug overdose which included at least 8 substances including, Chloral Hydrate. She was the Playboy’s 1993 Playmate of the Year. She is most famous for her Supreme Court Case, Marshal vs. Marshall.
2006
Chris Penn:
Mr. Penn died on January 24th, 2006 he was 40 years old. Chris Penn died of unspecified cardiomyopathy (enlarged heart). It is believed that hard living which including, overeating, alcohol abuse, and cocaine abuse may have been the largest factors contributing to his young death.

Johnny Carson:
Mr. Carson died on January 23rd, 2005, he was 79 years old. He died of emphysema caused by smoking. Johnny Carson was addicted to nicotine. He is most famous for his television show, “The Tonight Show.” Mr. Carson was a beloved television personality and good friend and mentor of David Letterman.

Ray Charles:
Mr. Charles died June 10th, 2004, he was 73 years old. He lived a hard life and died of liver failure. He suffered with alcoholic hepatitis and hepatitis C caused by Gin and Heroin respectively.
2003
Johnny Cash:
Mr. Cash died September 12th, 2003, he was 71 years old. He lived a hard life and died of complications of diabetes. Mr. Cash had several high risk health factors contributing to his protracted and difficult death. Mr. Cash’s risk factors include; alcoholism, amphetamine abuse and diabetes.

John Timmis IV:
John Henry Timmis IV - Died 2002 of complications from alcoholism. He did, "Destructo Rock" and "Out Of The Can.” He directed the world's longest movie, "The Cure For Insomnia" which ran for 87 hours.
