Frank Olsen had a Top Secret Security clearance. He knew too much. He participated in and questioned the ethics of drug experiments conducted by the CIA on prisoners and gangsters. The CIA gave LSD to prisoners sentenced to a Federal Prison in Lexington, Kentucky. Prisoners were rewarded with heroin for their participation in the experiment. The CIA also hired prostitutes to secretly give their gangster johns LSD.
Frank Olsen became an unwilling participant in the LSD experiment. He was secretly given LSD by his colleagues to check his patriotism and ability to keep National Secrets. Nine days later he was either pushed out or fell out a 13th story window.
CIA mind control experiments were Top Secret. They tried to induce amnesia and reprogram minds. The CIA used LSD, electro shock therapy and tape recorded messages to reprogram behavior.
People often suffer from other people’s deceit and deception but few can say their own government fed them drugs. The CIA overdosed men with LSD under the pretense of science.
